She is a journalist by profession, having studied Journalism and Mass Communication at The Presbyterian University of East Africa. For the last seven years, Olivia has been instrumental in foreseeing the growth and expansion of Siviwe Consultants. With her communication and media background, her skills have been vital in business training, marketing, and business acquisition at Siviwe. As the Chief Executive Officer, she is tasked with overseeing all departments and the day-to-day activities of the consultancy. She also closely works with business development personnel and the IT department to ensure Siviwe's clients receive nothing short of the best services the consultancy offers.

Rowlands Salano Anyanje

Director and Lead Consultant

Salano Anyanje, is a Director and Lead Consultant in Management at Siviwe Company. He is a seasoned Trainer and Super coach experienced in Project Management, Performance and Operations, Training Consultancy and CX strategy for over 8 years. He has worked for local and international brands in various positions. Salano has also worked with offshore and corporate organizations.
